Individual needs & Dietary requirements
Shortly after every resident arrives at the Old Vicarage we will discuss their diet and food preferences in detail. Our experienced cooks will then cater for all their individual needs. Appetising meals are prepared daily, are nutritionally balanced and cooked with fresh ingredients. A tasty, varied and seasonal menu is offered every day and always includes a choice.
There is a traditional dining room where residents can enjoy sociable mealtimes with other residents, or they can dine in their own room if they wish.
This is just an example of our menu, which is changed every day over a four week rota system so as not to be repetitive.
Any special diets can be catered for such as diabetic, religious or liquidised tastes and all meals are presented in an attractive manner. Meal times can be flexible and all meals are taken in an unhurried manner where staff are on hand to assist as necessary.
Dining accompanied by resident’s family or friends can be arranged providing notice is given.
